The restaurant is open Wednesday & Thursday evening, Friday
& Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday lunch. Working alongside 2 very well-trained chefs in a multi cultural & fusion style cuisine as well as classics.
Relaxed atmosphere in a family-run environment.
The apprentice chef will:
- Assist all members of the kitchen team
- Work on pastry items,
- Work on some larder items
- Assist with Food preparation
- Working to excellent standards and ensuring consistency and compliant of quality control
- Supporting the team and visa versa. If one chef is under pressure, we are all under pressure so
- support is very important.
Pay will include tips to be paid with your wage at the end of the month. Free meals and drinks during work times.

Opportunity to take further courses under our company in which the company will pay for as long as you stay employed for the company for 12 months after completion of said course. Opportunity to learn some Michelin-trained techniques using advanced equipment within the kitchen.
