The restaurant is open Wednesday & Thursday evening, Friday
& Saturday lunch and dinner, Sunday lunch. Working alongside 2 very well-trained chefs in a multi cultural & fusion style cuisine as well as classics.
Relaxed atmosphere in a family-run environment.
The apprentice chef will:

  • Assist all members of the kitchen team
  • Work on pastry items,
  • Work on some larder items
  • Assist with Food preparation
  • Working to excellent standards and ensuring consistency and compliant of quality control
  • Supporting the team and visa versa. If one chef is under pressure, we are all under pressure so
  • support is very important.

Pay will include tips to be paid with your wage at the end of the month. Free meals and drinks during work times.
