Duties to include:-
General Office
- Administration support for office team
- Reception duties, meet and greet visitors
- Prepare meeting room & organise refreshments for visitors & internal meetings
- Distribute Post
- Answer the telephone and direct calls
- General duties inc. preparing post, filing, scanning, printing & photocopying
- Making appointments & arranging travel and hotel bookings
- Taking meeting notes
Finance
- General admin for the finance team
- Purchase invoices – delivery note matching, coding & input data
- Sales ledger invoicing
- Organising carriage for international shipments
Sales
- General admin support of the sales function
- Run weekly regular reports, such as weekly sales orders & email to sales team
- Maintain, update and keep dates and data accurate on the quotes log and CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Fielding sales calls
- Sales Order input (up to despatch)
- Updating production plans etc – liaising with ops
Service
- General admin support of the Service & Repair team
- Assist collating information for BOM (Bill of Materials) preparation

Future prospects
The successful candidates will be very much part of the team and will have the opportunity to further develop their skills. We see this as a permanent and we aim to develop and progress colleagues within the all of our departments, a number of our team and managers have progressed to this level via the Apprenticeship pathway.
Things to consider
- There is also a Flex Friday, it’s a dress down day and if you have worked additional hours (i.e. until 5pm) during the week you can go early Friday afternoon from 1pm

- The office is located on Burley Road in Leeds (LS3) please check your travel to and from their office
