Day to Day Duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors
- Provide hospitality as required
- Manage and re-direct visitors as appropriate
- Accurate diary keeping, awareness of appointments and visitors Receive and redirect telephone calls, including listening, acting on and clearing answerphone messages
- Receive and redirect emails
- Undertake accurate copy and word-processing of correspondence Distribute correspondence to staff via pigeon holes daily
- Operate reprographic equipment as required. Ensure it is ready for others to use including arranging for equipment repairs and servicing Maintain tidy work station/office at all times
- General admin
- Sign off deliveries and distribute
