We are looking to employ an apprentice who will come and join our already successful team.  The opportunities are to work within the Newcastle showroom and the Plumbing Sales Department where you will need to be dynamic and motivated individuals committed to delivering exceptional customer service to Crosslings expanding customer base. As an apprentice you will not only gain valuable work experience, you will also work towards achieving a recognised Customer Service qualification.

The main duties include:

  • Gaining develop product knowledge
  • Dealing with customer orders and queries
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Answering telephone and email enquiries
  • Provide an efficient and professional service for customers
  • Any other tasks deemed relevant to the role

  • Be well organised, confident and outgoing
  • Have an excellent telephone manner
  • Have a good standard of written English and strong verbal communication skill

Personal qualities

  • Have a smart and professional appearance

  • Have the ability to work confidently using your own initiative and be able to prioritise and organise workloads with support and instruction

Desired qualifications

Have a minimum of 5 x GCSE at grades A*-C including Maths and English
