We have an immediate opening for an exciting position in our Quality Assurance team. Prima Cheese Ltd is based in Seaham, County Durham and we are now looking for a Quality Assurance Technician Apprentice who will support the Quality department in the general duties.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Production Line Checks 
  • Temperature Checks
  • Knife Control
  • Good Hygiene Practices control
  • Plaster Control
  • Traceability Support
