In this position, you will work as part of a team to provide administrative and business support to the Office Manager in the first instance and the Fineline directors. You will be trained in all aspects of administration and provide an effective and efficient service to enable and ensure the smooth running of the office.  Tasks could include;

  • Booking in work and scheduling jobs
  • Invoicing and data entry tasks
  • Taking phone calls and liaising with clients/contractors as necessary
  • Arranging and attending meetings
  • Any other administrative/marketing tasks as required

Things to consider

Whilst most of the qualification will be delivered remotely, there will be a requirement for regular College attendance to support qualification requirements (possibly one full day per month), but subject to COVID restrictions.
