You would be working with quality, locally sourced ingredients in a friendly, vibrant, and very busy kitchen.
All aspects of kitchen / chef work will be undertaken as you would be working across all sections of the kitchen giving you a broad range of skills and on-shift training.
This role can be flexible depending on the ability of the individual from Commis Chef right up to Senior Sous Chef.
We also have a second catering operation which is in the process of renovation. This will be re-launching in the Spring. (Staff Accommodation available at this site).

Desired qualifications
GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (or equivalent) in maths and English.

There is potential for permanent employment on the successful completion of your apprenticeship.
Things to consider
Be aware of our rural location, we are not accessible via public transport. Some lifts can be arranged but this isn’t guaranteed.
Will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
