Duties will include: 

  • Ensure a high level of service is provided
  • Booking appointments for patients and adding into the online system
  • Follow all company's policies and procedures
  • Checking invoices and delivery notes and inputting onto the system
  • Have the ability to organise and prioritise workload
  • Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
  • Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
  • Building relationships with clients
  • Claiming for the NHS forms
  • Follow procedures including the ability to handle confidential information
  • Labelling of glasses
  • Providing office support including customer and employee support
