Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls and transferring to the relevant person, taking detailed messages when required
  • Welcoming visitors in a professional manner and organising refreshments
  • Preparation and clearing of meeting rooms
  • Managing a busy inbox
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • General clerical tasks
  • Managing an inventory of office supplies and raising materials as needed
  • Light accounting duties, when required
  • Assisting other members of staff when required
  • Maintenance of office equipment, photocopiers, telephones, coffee machines
  • Filing documents
