Specialising in the Hospitality Trade, our paperless approach enables us to deliver a personal service across the entire country. Following the rapid growth of our business, we are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic apprentice to join our team.
Duties & responsibilities:
Assisting the Accounts Administration team through:
Account Receivable:
- Processing Sales Ledgers
- Reconciling the accounts using Xero
Accounts Payable:
- Producing monthly pay runs
- Chasing outstanding invoices with hotels & suppliers
- Marking off invoices when paid
- Communicating with the clients and suppliers via email & telephone
Payroll:
- Collating & processing weekly/monthly payroll information
- Entry and reconciliation of the accounts using Xero
- Communicating with the clients via email & telephone
Salary: £4.30 per hour (continuously reviewed throughout the term of the apprenticeship).

- Strong IT skills including Word & Excel
- Exceptional and confident communication skills in English both spoken and written
- Highly organised with accurate attention to detail using structured systems and processes

- Friendly, enthusiastic to do a high-quality job always, team player
Desired qualifications
- Minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) C/4 & above including maths, English & ICT is essential
