Main Duties: • Plan and carry out activities for all of the children. • To plan for a group of key children. • To be part of a team. • To undertake relevant training. • To be honest, reliable, punctual and dedicated to childcare. • To work with the families. • To take part in all daily duties which will also include cleaning the setting.

Desired qualifications

It would be an advantage to have GCSE’s in the 4 to 9 (A* to C) range or equivalent for English and maths, but this is not essential as you will complete Functional Skills as part of the apprenticeship if necessary. The successful candidate will also need to complete a diagnostic assessment, which will help us plan the appropriate support required to meet your individual needs.
