Our client base is diverse and you will be required to complete a number of security checks.

You will work alongside both the service and installation team. You will be working installation, preventive maintenance, repairs and services on fire and security systems. You will be working on the systems we maintain which range from very basic to highly complex systems.

You will be registered on a Government approved apprenticeship scheme with block training being provided by Skills for Security within their training centres. The company will also enhance your training with other health and safety courses and training whilst working alongside our experienced engineers. Please note, some of your apprenticeship studies will be required in your own time.

Future prospects

As you progress through your apprenticeship, both the company and yourself will note if service of installation is the area you prefer to work in. After all areas are experienced to obtain the relevant experience to complete your qualification, the company will look to provide more works in the area enjoyed most. On completion of your apprenticeship, the company will endeavour to carry on employment into a permanent engineer based on vacancies at the time.

Training will be provided alongside our Engineers and specific training courses required for the business. This will include health and safety training.

You will also attend the Skills for Security training centre on a block release basis working towards a Level 3 qualification.
