Duties will include:

  • Liaise with dealers and suppliers to aid the progression of vehicles on order
  • Run monthly reports for the Internal Account Managers
  • Arrange and manage service bookings for drivers
  • Dealing with customer queries and issues via telephone and email
  • Processing vehicle hire paperwork
  • Work with external suppliers as and when required
  • Assisting with preparing for client reviews and presentations
  • Inputting information onto the systems
  • Liaising with other departments where necessary
  • Other general administrative duties

The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, be able to organise their time effectively, have good attention to detail and the ability to meet set deadlines.

Apprenticeship training will be fully supported.
