Duties will include:
- Receive full on-the-job training from highly experienced staff
- Deal with incoming queries
- Make outbound phone calls, recognising any opportunities for new business
- Complete administrative tasks to ensure the database is up-to-date
- Research new leads to assist the sales team

- Computer literate
- High level of written and spoken English
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
Personal qualities
- Natural communicator
- Positive, enthusiastic approach
- Good inter-personal skills, and confidence to communicate effectively and accurately with a wide range of people
- Interest in technology would be preferable, but not essential
Desired qualifications
- GCSEs in maths and English grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent)

- The possibility of a full-time post somewhere within the business, upon completing the apprenticeship
