Duties will include:

  • Receive full on-the-job  training from highly experienced staff
  • Deal with incoming queries
  • Make outbound phone calls, recognising any opportunities for new business
  • Complete administrative tasks to ensure the database is up-to-date
  • Research new leads to assist the sales team

Requirements and prospects

  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel

Personal qualities

  • Natural communicator
  • Positive, enthusiastic approach
  • Good inter-personal skills, and confidence to communicate effectively and accurately with a wide range of people
  • Interest in technology would be preferable, but not essential

  • GCSEs in maths and English grade C / 4 or above (or equivalent)
