You will work in a small team to support the daily office functions:

  • Book appointments, such as company car MOT's
  • Collate invoices, create monthly folder, and liaise with the accountant for payment each month
  • Maintain the CRM, shared calendar, and records
  • Maintain the global database for magazine distribution
  • Research and arrange accommodation and book flights, trains and taxis with booking agent
  • Schedule and post social media updates on behalf of the team
  • Maintain up to date staff HR records, such as holiday requests, pay rise letters etc.
  • Check invoices and raise contract for sales

Requirements and prospects

Desired skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of main social media platforms: Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Organisational and time management skills – ability to prioritise and plan ahead
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to interact appropriately with team members, customers and clients
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Desired qualifications

GCSE grade 9 - 4/C (or equivalent) in English and Maths.

3 A levels or equivalent.
