The key responsibilities include:

  • Taking incoming calls and transferring to the relevant team member
  • Processing vehicle documentation received from the sales team
  • Dealing with any discrepancy or query relating to the vehicle paperwork
  • Uploading vehicle documentation onto the ITC system and checking compliance
  • General administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying and printing

The role will be ever-expanding for the right candidate.
