We have a vacancies for Customer Service Apprentices in our Business Operations team. During the programme you will gain a Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service.

Advanced Level Apprenticeship
Canon is a Global Blue-Chip Company. This means we’re really good at what we do and operate all over the world. Customer service is key to our business and we need exceptional people to keep it that way.
During the period of your apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to experience all parts of our Business Operations function and gain a thorough understanding of the lifecycle from order, dispatch, import/export, customs delivery, implementation, issue resolution and billing.
You will liaise with colleagues across the whole organisation including Sales, Service, Finance and external third party suppliers.
Requirements and prospects
Ideally experience of delivering excellent customer service and having a “Can Do” attitude are key to success in this role.
- Be a self-starter with an enthusiastic attitude
- Be able to demonstrate tenacity when faced with difficult situations, people or challenges
- Be computer literate and able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- And most importantly a desire to succeed
Maths and English Language GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)
