As a Commis Chef, you will be an essential part of our team, learning & working across all of the sections within our fresh food kitchen. You will need to love fresh & seasonal ingredients as we make everything from fresh.

Your main duties will include:

  • Prepare cook & present food in accordance with our head & sous chef's instructions to ensure our guest's meal is as delicious as ever
  • Take pride in maintaining the highest standards of work, cleanliness & safety
  • Follow instructions & recipes carefully as directed by our head & sous chef
  • Maintain stock rotation, be aware of low stock items & communicate with the rest of the kitchen team as much as possible
  • Assisting during service hours & maintaining a section
  • Assist with new menu ideas, we create new menu's every 6-8 weeks & encourage all of our kitchen staff to get involved
  • A desire to research new techniques, equipment & food trends
