You can expect fresh, seasonal ingredients with modern British Cuisines from our famous Signature Dishes to traditional favourites. You would be also expected to work in our second kitchen that produces fresh food for a busy high quality Carvery as well as producing food for banquettes and buffets for up to 180 covers most weekends and over an average of 100 weddings a year.
