  • Welcoming and directing all visitors to the Home ensuring compliance with Covid testing regulations
  • Answering the telephone, directing calls and responding to all enquiries 
  • Providing administrative support, typing, filing and dealing with correspondence as directed by the Administrator and Home Manager
