The role is Customisation Team Member reporting to the Customisation Supervisor. The main purpose of the role is to provide support in the efficient, profitable and smooth running of the customisation department.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Customise orders including embroidering and heat sealing
- Ensuring that any consumables shortage is reported to the Customisation Supervisor
- Maintain the embroidery machines
- Accept deliveries
- Ensure the correct paperwork accompanies all orders that are being customised
- Pack customer orders once complete
- Complete online courier collection
- Assist in the picking and processing of online orders
- Answer the telephone as required and ensure messages are passed on
- Serve customers face to face
- Keep work area clean and tidy
- Build strong, trusting relationships with suppliers and customers
