Desired qualifications

  • GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) including maths and English

Future prospects

  • Successful candidates will have the opportunity of progressing quickly within the company after completion of the apprenticeship. This is dependent on progress and performance

Things to consider

  • Upon occasions, you may be required to work in other locations of Beresfords branches, therefore, a driving licence and a vehicle is preferrable. However, someone working towards achieving this may be considered
  • Driving licence is essential for this role as you will be expected to provide administrative duties to other branches as part of the resources support role.These are Beresfords branches across Essex

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:

  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)

Access to City and Guilds online learning platform to support knowledge.

Tutorial sessions online via Zoom for the current restrictions in place - this will be monthly for up to 2 hours a sessio.

Candidate will work towards End-Point Assessment and compile a project and portfolio of evidence under the Tutor's guidance.
