We will provide full training with the enhancement of qualifications earned while you learn.
Your skills and knowledge will grow during your apprenticeship and you will
cover a vast amount of cooking styles, ingredients and useful skills that can
be easily transferred in our industry.
- During the Production Chef apprenticeship, you will learn all the skills needed to work in a busy kitchen
- You will follow recipes to create large quantities of food, both precooked and cooked to order
- Some daily tasks include cleaning and sanitising the kitchen, preparing all meals, learning to cook meals, following the cleaning schedule at the end of the shift to fully clean down the kitchen
- You will also be given training in food allergies, hand washing, cooking and cooling food, safe food temperatures and much more
