As an apprentice you will not only gain valuable work experience, you will also work towards achieving a recognised Customer Service qualification.

The main duties include:

  • Gaining warehouse and trade counter experience to develop product knowledge
  • Dealing with customer orders and queries
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Answering telephone and email enquiries
  • Provide an efficient and professional service for customers
  • Any other tasks deemed relevant to the role

  • Previous sales experience would be beneficial but not essential for the role
