As an apprentice you will not only gain valuable work experience, you will also work towards achieving a recognised Customer Service qualification.
The main duties include:
- Gaining warehouse and trade counter experience to develop product knowledge
- Dealing with customer orders and queries
- Building relationships with customers
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Provide an efficient and professional service for customers
- Any other tasks deemed relevant to the role

- Have a good standard of written English and strong verbal communication skills
- Smart and professional appearance
- Previous sales experience would be beneficial but not essential for the role

- Confident and outgoing with a can-do attitude

- Ability to work within a team and get along with colleagues
Desired qualifications
GCSE grades 4-9/C-A* in Maths and English
