• Use designated IT systems, updating and maintaining IDNO ITC with up to date and relevant information, ensuring the quality of information is uploaded in the right way and at the right time.

• First line query & complaint resolution and preparation of all information if escalation to management is required.

• Maintaining various record and spreadsheets and action required items within the required process.

• Issue reports from various records and systems and issue accordingly.

• Track projects and ensure all aspects have been updated with the relevant information before issuing asset value claim information to the customer.

• Administer data flow and tariff queries and request and ensuring timescales are adhered to.

• Order materials and raise purchase orders and issue to suppliers using SAGE

• Issue out quotes and complete orders when required and within the correct timescales.

• Track projects and ensure all aspects have been updated with the relevant information before issuing asset value claim information to the customer.

• Organise the project creation for new projects communicating to the relevant people involved

Full Business Administration level 3 apprenticeship including functional skills in maths and English if required.

You will be assigned to an assessor who will visit you in the workplace on a regular basis to work with you on the development of knowledge, skills and behaviours within your role. 

After a pre-determined period of learning, you and your employer will agree with your training provider that you have completed all required learning and are ready to enter 'Gateway'. 

Gateway is the period of your apprenticeship where you prepare for and await your End Point Assessment which is completed by an external organisation. It is your End Point Agreement that determines your final apprenticeship grade.
