    Wages explained

    The current National Minimum Wage rates are £4.05 an hour for 16 - 17 year olds, £5.60 an hour for 18 - 20 year olds and £7.05 for anyone aged 21 and over.
    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that’s part of their apprenticeship(usually one day per week).

In house training will be provided alongside once a week attendance at the College where applicable.

  • Assist with the customer calls and booking ensuring clients receive excellent advice and service.
  • Assist with client enquiries quickly and effectively.
  • Assist with the corporate switchboard service so all calls are handled quickly and effectively.
  • Support the Reception Manager by delivering services to an excellent standard and in a timely, respectful manner, taking into account the needs of clients wherever possible.
  • Escalate any issues to your line manager as appropriate.
