We have a number of outlets and are fortunate to be very busy, our apprentice will support the team with taking reservations and effectively managing our tables to maximise revenue. Our apprentices will have complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and what is available for that day.

As a Food and Beverage Apprentice, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the F&B area is well presented, inviting and to the standard our guests expect
  • Welcoming all guests
  • Being fully prepared for the days guests
  • Have full and sound knowledge of dietary needs
  • Ensuring all literature available for our guests
  • Having a sound knowledge of calorific values and basic nutrition in order to advise guests on their menu choices
  • Having complete knowledge of all mfood & beverage menus enabling you to help with any guest queries
  • Taking reservations, orders, delivering ordered food & beverages
  • Maintaining a clean working and dining area
