Would you like to expand on your customer services skills, and gain valuable technical ones? If so, we would like you to help us support our staff and students at King’s College London, based on four London campuses.

During your time with us you’ll get to work at each of our four sites across central London and Camberwell, working closely with our desktop support and Audio Visual (End User Services) teams and contribute to projects.

This role is an ideal starting point for a career in IT Support, supporting our staff and students face to face with their technology.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • The role will be primarily dispensing help and support on our public facing IT Helpdesks (TechBars)
  • Provide first and second line support in a busy University setting
  • Work with other teams across the IT department
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service
  • Ad hoc duties as required
  • Develop skills through participation in the ICT Apprenticeship along with other technical and personal development courses and keep up to date with new technology across the sector
