Duties will include:

  • Processing orders
  • Making amendments to delivery requirements when needed
  • Ensuring queries are responded to in a timely manner
  • Monitoring stock usage and stock analysis
  • Updating the IT system with changes to accounts
  • Maintaining electronic customer files
  • Checking previous days dispatches to ensure deliveries due were on time
  • Contacting customers for feedback
  • Collating and sending samples
  • Raising trial sample forms
  • General housekeeping/ filing
  • Continually trying out new methods of working in order to develop processes and procedures
