You will undertake all aspects of working in a busy 2 AA Rosette, award-winning restaurant, duties will include but not be limited to; 

  • Pre-service prep
  • In-service cooking and plating 
  • Cleaning down during and after service 
  • Stock management 
  • Striving for the highest standards at all times 
  • Working as a team 
  • Any other duties as required

Due to the location of the restaurant, this role would better suit someone who can drive and has their own transport.
