• General office duties including word-processing, database management, photocopying, diary management, filing and mailing etc

• Taking in deliveries and checking them for any discrepancies

• Reconciling accounts

• Producing monthly account reports on income/expenditure for the company

• Working with all other members of the team to ensure good safeguarding practice in all aspects of the Project’s work

• Maintaining day to day accounts
