There's a team behind every product and they're busy doing the smart thinking, deciding how we succeed as a business. And as an apprentice, you’ll play a vital role on the team, while launching your career.

Duties will include:

  • The role will encompass everything involved in high-end retailer. Store cleaning, presentation, visual merchandising, stock management, customer relations (face to face, email and phone), impeccable customer service and building relationships
  • Assisting with website maintenance, processing orders, gift wrapping
  • You’ll be involved in assisting the creation of content (photoshoots, plus other content) for website and social media channels – including blog posts, product pages, social posts daily
  • You'll be working with friendly, passionate, hard-working people. You’ll need to roll your sleeves up and jump in feet first
  • You will see everything behind the scenes of a British brand who creates everything themselves – from the initial ideas, to prototyping/sampling/fabric selections, to the final product on the shelves

Desired qualifications

  • To qualify, you’ll need to have achieved GCSEs in maths (Grade C/4 or above) and English (grade C/4 or above)

Future prospects

  • Depending on the performance of the candidate and company a full-time role position could be available in either retail sales or an area the candidate has made their own
