Duties will include:

  • To complete and maintain sales invoices and reports
  • Preparation of the Accounts Pack for review
  • Bank reconciliation, posting and balancing
  • Daily cash rec
  • Daily bank receipts postings
  • General office duties
  • Maintaining reception desk
  • Taking phone calls
  • Set up new suppliers on accounting software
  • Responsible for preparing all monthly financial reports
  • Responsible for assisting with the end of year financial reporting
  • Responsible for overseeing effective and efficient project accounting and reporting
  • Prepare monthly financial reports to provide relevant and timely to clients
  • Prepare end of quarterly VAT returns and submitting to HMRC
  • Monitor various client accounts - HMRC
  • Preparation of small business accounts and prepare tax returns
  • Preparation of quarterly accounts using IRIS, SAGE OR XERO
