This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who genuinely wants to be a part of a growing and rewarding industry in Freight and Logistics.

Duties include:

  • Preparation, submission and coordination of export documentation
  • Processing of bookings and planning routes
  • Process goods when returned to base
  • Use of TMS system
  • Liaising daily with transport departments both internal & external
  • Preparing and handling cargo related documentation including packing lists, manifests, bills of lading
  • Liaising with customers, addressing and resolving issues as they occur
  • Ensuring accurate numerical processes are carried out- confirming quantities & sizes
  • Schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs when required
  • Application of tariffs – ability to read & understand tariffs
