Duties to include:
- To serve all our customers in a friendly, polite, and efficient manner
- The ability to familiarise yourself with our Menu and beverages and recommend products. These will be both alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages
- To clean and maintain all areas along with tables inside and outside the venue
- Recording all payments accurately on the till, handling cash and ensuring correct operation of till procedures
- To comply with all company Health, Safety, Fire and Hygiene policies, taking care of personal safety and that of members of your team, customers, and visitors
- Liaise with Management and your colleagues ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently
- Be willing to work additional shifts to cover holidays and sickness
- To carry out any other duties as required by the business that may not be directly associated with your job function

Desired qualifications
No qualifications are required but 5 GCSEs at grades A*-C / 9-4 (or equivalent) would be beneficial.

There will be an option to move on to a higher-level qualification and have an excellent career progression within the company.
Things to consider
At Rizzoli’s we aim to deliver the highest standards and be the best at what we do. We are therefore offering a wage above the minimum Apprenticeship wage rate. Candidate's must consider routes and public transportation time's for traveling to and from the location. As this is an apprenticeship, candidates must not be on any other government funded learning. Please expect to work some evenings, weekends, and bank holidays due to the nature of this business. Applicants should have access to a PC, Laptop or tablet for the learning required.
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
