The successful candidate will undertake a range of administrative duties which would include, but are not limited to:

  • Sorting, scanning and distribution of incoming mail and with the despatch of outgoing mail
  • Work closely with the other members of the admin team to provide day-to-day administration support to the whole firm
  • Photocopying/scanning/printing service to the firm
  • Provide cover for others in the admin team when required
  • Hand deliveries around the city centre
  • To perform such other duties as reasonably correspond to the general character of the post and are commensurate with its level of responsibility
