Key Accountabilities

  • Provide seamless administrative and operational support to the Head of Apprenticeships and the Apprenticeship Department;
  • Collaborate with teams across the FRA, such as Business Development, Industry Development, Curriculum Administration and Student Registry and assist with the effective day-to-day running of these departments as and when required;
  • Proactively manage workload to meet personal targets

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and organisation to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Apprenticeship Department;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any queries for the Department, answering email enquiries and telephone calls in an efficient and timely manner and flag any queries with the Head of Apprenticeships as appropriate;
  • Provide a proactive and customer focused service for the Department;
  • Organise and maintain the Apprenticeship e-files and records and ensure they are accurate and up to date at all times;
  • Effectively ensure tasks are progressed within set timescales;
  • Undertake and support with any other duties, which may reasonably be allocated, as needed.

Desired qualifications
