On a day to day basis we would expect this individual to:

  • Liaise with existing customers to identify potential opportunities to grow revenue
  • Maintain two way communications between customers and internal teams
  • Work with our Marketing team to help with events, social media and material for our website
  • Work with the team to attend events and submit proposals for potential customers
  • Work to understand customer priorities and how we can achieve these through the use of technical solutions
  • Work with technical support team to ensure we are aligned and understand outstanding customer issues
  • Meet with customers and end users to measure satisfaction
  • Suggest/Identify opportunities that could improve our existing processes and service
