This Junior Estate Agent position is a fun and flexible role, responsible for conducting Sales viewings across our quality portfolio of properties. You will be trained in house selling, advertising, conducting property viewings and valuations whilst studying the junior estate agent qualification with Babington.

Managing lettings; organising repairs, dealing with tenant and landlords, advertising rentals, organising and conducting condition inspections and reports, booking viewings, completing prospective tenant checks. House selling; advertising the company to sellers, conduct property viewings and valuations, advertising properties for sale, reviewing prospective buyers. Marketing the company; social media updates, keeping up an online presence, building relationships with other local businesses and tradespeople.
Requirements and prospects
Self-initiative, general IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, formal email and letter writing, creativity and design interest, customer service and telephone personality, time keeping and time management.
Bubbly character and eager to learn
GCSE or equivalent: English C+, maths C+, Design/Art/Media is also desirable.
Full time position with firm.
Things to consider
Driving License Requirements - Preferred but not essential at beginning, willing to accept those who are still learning. Will become necessary in the future.
