General duties to include:

  • Answering the telephone and address enquiries
  • Greeting Visitors. (Whilst adhering to Social Distancing Guidance)
  • Create Sale and Work Orders, ensuring correct product information and drawings are attached
  • Invoicing
  • Create and send Customer Quotations
  • Purchasing
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Manage Outlook Inboxes
  • General Administration
  • Assisting with producing necessary documentation for audits and filing/archiving when required
  • Data Entry
  • Liaising with engineers on a daily basis
  • To ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to
  • To ensure compliance with the Business Quality Management Systems as it applies to this position
  • Maintain good communications with customers and internal teams at all times
  • To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
  • Ensure that all training is attended and completed in line with company and individual requirements
