General duties to include:
- Answering the telephone and address enquiries
- Greeting Visitors. (Whilst adhering to Social Distancing Guidance)
- Create Sale and Work Orders, ensuring correct product information and drawings are attached
- Invoicing
- Create and send Customer Quotations
- Purchasing
- Purchase Ledger
- Manage Outlook Inboxes
- General Administration
- Assisting with producing necessary documentation for audits and filing/archiving when required
- Data Entry
- Liaising with engineers on a daily basis
- To ensure the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to
- To ensure compliance with the Business Quality Management Systems as it applies to this position
- Maintain good communications with customers and internal teams at all times
- To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required
- Ensure that all training is attended and completed in line with company and individual requirements
