Working alongside our Customer Account Advisors, the apprentice will be required to support with administrative duties, supporting the high level of customer service and sales support required.  The daily duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Support order processing, delivery schedules and tracking the progress of orders.
  • Liaising with the warehouse on delivery schedules.
  • Supporting the resolution of product and delivery queries in a timely and sensitive manner.
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Other administrative duties when required.
