The candidate will relieve a lot of pressure from the office as we’re a very busy team. You’ll become an important team member.

The role will start off completing basic business admin tasks such as;

  • Completing and processing orders
  • Handling inbound calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Replying to emails in a professional manner
  • Data entry using internal software 
  • Learning how to use IT systems
  • Stationary orders
  • Administration duties including filing and handling post
  • Assisting colleagues and management when required

As the candidate grows they will be working more with our sales team ensuring they have everything they need. This’ll include more responsibility

Full training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability.
