This is a dual role apprenticeship giving the chosen candidate ‘in the workplace’ service provider administration training:

  • Microsoft Programs, databases, and basic Sage Accounts
  • Processing Orders, organising delivery notes and booking couriers
  • Taking phone calls and communicating with customers and suppliers
  • Working with our Office Manager & Business Development Manager

In the last 2 years, times have changed and so has FA-ST. The modern business place is no longer just an office based 9-5 routine, but an opportunity to be creative and to find ways to tap into the wealth of business provided on-line.

We will be encouraging our apprentice to become proactive with Online development opportunities, and to work with our web team planning, building and maintaining our different websites. You’ll be working alongside our team leader to develop the next generation of sites and be involved in the whole process; we will be learning together!!! The skills you will learn will be:

  • Planning a website, wireframing and creative design
  • Using CMS (content management systems) – WordPress
  • Creating Optimised Content – Learning Website SEO
  • Maintain customer interaction with Google Analytics
  • Photography and Photoshop training as an important aspect for the role
  • We aim to become far more proactive on our social media, and when your apprenticeship is completed, your role will become focused on creating quality content for social media platforms including: YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.

Fully supported training in all aspects of the business, flexible working, salary reviews every 4 months during the apprenticeship and working with experienced staff this is truly an opportunity not to be missed!

Desired qualifications

We are looking for candidates that wish to grow and progress with the company, on completion of the apprenticeship this will be a full-time position.
