Responsibilities will include:

  • To support children
  • Able to plan and execute ideas to keep children engaged and focused, and to provide a positive environment to learn
  • Able to work on their own initiative
  • To keep abreast of current legislation and guidelines, policies to ensure that the early years foundation stage are met at all times
  • To promote parents understanding of child development and the importance of early years education
