To contribute to the provision of a comprehensive sales administration department, ensuring the timely processing of a range of sales related documents. The post holder will be a first point of contact to various staff across the business in relation to vehicle and customer information.

  • To assist the Sales Administrator in processing vehicle purchase documents from suppliers, ensuring accuracy compared to our order specifications
  • To assist in processing customer sales order documents in a timely manner
  • To obtain from customers any information necessary to register the motorhomes or caravan correctly
  • To liaise with Sales Executives and Sales Manager where required to ensure accuracy of vehicle orders to customer specifications
  • To prepare sales packs in readiness for customer collections
  • To ensure the Vehicle Warranty Administrator is advised of all vehicle sales to enable warranty to be registered with manufacturers
  • To liaise with vehicle manufacturers to obtain documents required to enable registration with DVLA
  • To undertake any other duties the post holder is competent to perform
  • To provide cross-cover with colleagues in other parts of the wider business team as required ensuring the delivery of an uninterrupted administrative service across the business
