Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Operating the switchboard
  • Receiving and channelling telephone calls and taking messages
  • Outlook Diary maintenance
  • Inputting data into computer systems
  • Collection/delivery/dispatch of post
  • Banking
  • Photocopying, Faxing & Scanning
  • Archiving of Completed Files
  • Completing the Deeds & Wills Database
  • Monitoring Stationery and Orders
  • Producing Documents & Reports
  • Carrying out specific projects and research as directed by the Management Team;
  • Assisting with large projects
  • Any other tasks that may be required
