    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

    Minimum Wage Rates

  • Working week

    Working days Mon - Fri between 8am - 4.30pm (must be on site and ready to work for 8am). Half hour breakfast and lunch. Possibility of Saturday work but that will be down to whether you want to work it, normally only till 1pm and not compulsory.

    Total hours per week: 37.50

About the employer

I am a 42 year old joiner who builds new build houses and am at a stage in my career where I need to teach someone the ways of site joinery.
