You will be responsible for assisting the Service Delivery Manager and Service Delivery Compliance Officer on H2O’s existing service and remedial client base, tending to all engineer and client requirements.

You will report directly to the Service Delivery Manager.

Key measures of success:

  • Booking and liaising with sub contactors
  • Assisting with calendar entries for hotel bookings - booking hotels, a minimum of 1 month in advance
  • Engineers point of call for operation queries
  • Assists Service Delivery Manager
  • Assists Service Delivery Compliance Officer
  • General admin duties for the department
  • Updating CRM with the dates of services and engineers for job after scheduling confirmed
  • Support with scheduling and inputting calendar details for engineers
  • Liaise with sub contractors when instructed to do so
  • Creating and up keeping stock levels 
  • Printing - RAMS etc.
  • Passing reports to engineers
  • Document filing
  • Comply with H2O Hygiene's health & safety policies to ensure that the company's and your own personal safety obligations and responsibilities are met
