Working alongside an experienced recruitment resourcer and administrator and reporting into an Associate Director.

You will be responsible for:

  • supporting the sales team with various administration duties
  • taking and directing calls
  • compiling information
  • maintaining a database
  • ordering stationary
  • booking meeting rooms and chasing timesheets and filing records
