Working to support the sales & business development team at Inksmoor, the successful candidate will be tasked with various roles that are key to success within the finance industry. 

We therefore invite candidates who are interested in working in finance, whilst being able to commit to a dedicated administrative function.

A successful candidate will be responsible for: 

  • Maintaining and updating sales records
  • Maintaining the customer record database via bespoke computer software
  • Daily customer liaison via phone/email etc 
  • Support for Business Development by looking up customer details
  • Generating documentation for the sales teams
  • Proactively liaising with Marketing, Take-on and Operations to ensure the smooth transition of new deals from origination through to pay-out.
  • Understanding the financial processes and being able to advise new and existing customers
